Tour Itenary :

Day 01  Balikpapan Airport - Samarinda - Sangata Hotel (L,D)

Upon arrival at Balikpapan Sepinggan Airport, meeting service with our guide/staff then transfer by air condition coach / minibus to Sangata via Samarinda for about 4 hours. ( Distance from Balikpapan Airport to Samarinda is about 115km and distance from Samarinda to Sangata is about 130km ) . Lunch at local Restaurant in Samarinda. Arrival in Sangata in the late afternoon, than check in at hotel for overnight. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 02  Sangata - Kutai National Park - Treeking - Overnight at Jungle Tent (BLD)

After breakfast, transfer to the kampung kabo, than continue by motorized canoe to go to Mentoko rain forest as its the part of the Kutai National Park area. Available to trekking into the rain forest to observation the wild orangutans. Meals will provided. overnight at jungle tent / research camp.

Day 03  Kutai National Park - Treeking - Plant A Tree's - Bontang Hotel (BLD)

After breakfast, than full day observation at Kutai National park rain forest where the forest consist with more than 1700.000 thousand hectares on the primary rain forest, swamps, and mangrove. You may trekking into the rain forest to look the wild Orangutan, nest of the Orangutan, huge tree's and others animals in the wild. Than plant a tree's to helping the re-forestation program for the NP area and tree's will prepare by our naturalist guide. Late afternoon return to Samarinda for your dinner and overnights at hotel.

Day 04  Samarinda - Loajanan - Kutai Lama - Proboscis Monkeys - Hotel in Samarinda (BLD)

Early morning after breakfast, proceed to Loajanan than boarding to canoe or houseboat for your exciting trip along the Mahakam river to visit Kutai Lama. The first and the old Hindu Kingdom was found at Kutai Lama - its can proved with old statue was found in the village with the Sancsecrite language's. Than observing the the Proboscis Monkeys or the Long nose Monkeys ( Nasalis Lavartus ) in the their natural habitats in the bank of Mahakam River near by Kutai lama villages along the river. Lunch will be serving on the houseboat / Lunchbox. Return to Loajanan. Upon arrival Loajanan transfer by car to Hotel Diamond / Similar in Samarinda for your dinner and overnight.

Day 05  Samarinda - Samboja Lodge - Orangutan Island - Sun Bear - Balikpapan Hotel (BLD)

Breakfast at hotel, than drive to Samboja Lestari for about 2 hours, upon arrival guide from Samboja Lodge will accompany you to visit the Orangutan Island and Sun bear at Samboja Lestari area and see the location of re-forestation and conservation area which its consist about 2000 hectares. Plant the tree's for the future fruits plants for the Orangutans, than visit composting area. In the late afternoon transfer to Balikpapan for your overnight at Hotel. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 06  Balikpapan Hotel - Kebun Sayur Shopping Archade - Next Destination (B)

Breakfast at hotel, than visit Kebun Sayur at 09.30am the shopping Archade of the Kalimantan handicrafts, souvenir, Diamonds, Gold, Ruby, Safir, Ameties, Kecubung, and many others stone from traditional area in south Kalimantan being sold in this markets. Free at leisure until departure time to Balikpapan then transfer to Sepinggan Airport for your next destination.
